  I have never written a bad review before, but my experience here made me so furious inside that I had to share it to the public. I had grown out my eyebrows for while to get it close to its natural state from when my mom accidentally over plucked my eyebrows. When I finally got it to its bushiest potential I decided to get them done by a "professional". I wanted to go here because I heard and saw nothing more than positive reviews when I did my research. So when I came in I had high expectations to get them done by the owner. When I went in I asked for the owner to do my eyebrows for me. Before she started, I tried to explain that I've been growing them out. And instead of replying back to me, she ignored me. She never asked how I wanted things done and just went in and did whatever she wanted to one of my eyebrows. So I didn't want to be rude and let the lady do her job. Then she handed me the mirror and asked if I liked the eyebrow she had just done. I told her it was ok because what else was I suppose to say? The damage has already been done. I let her do the other eyebrow so she can match the shape to the first one. After she was done, I looked in the mirror and the first thing that popped in my head was "where are my eyebrows". I have seen worse, but overall the second brow is slightly skinnier and shorter than the first one. It's way over plucked, and she didn't even bother try to follow the natural flow of how they were growing in.
