  Amenities change, so don't get attached. There was a gas grill by the pool for residents to use, and sand volleyball when we moved here 5 years ago, gone now. Playground has improved, so that's a nice improvement for little people! Maintenance has always been great. Its a shame there's not more insulation between floors, because we have had some noisy neighbors above us on a few occasions in both apartments here. We've had no safety issues. I've heard of some cars missing items, but if you aren't smart enough to lock your doors, what do you expect? Thanks for the ride Legacy. We'll miss you.

  I have lived there for a year and half. I enjoy it so much because everyone is friendly. The maintenance come the same day as requested.
