  Great place. They are honest and straight forward. The nurse practitioner and the nurses are extremely helpful. You are going to have a little wait but please be patient, they are worth the wait.

  Went in today for a shoulder injury. No insurance so paid $150. Stephanie at the front desk was rude and short about check in procedure, kept slamming drawers and could not work efficiently due to constantly checking her cell phone. Entire clinic was filthy (sticky stuff on floor, dust all over baseboards, black fingerprints on exam area door, floors through clinic looked like they had never seen a mop...). Once physician came in she asked me a few questions, touched my shoulder a couple times, and made a very quick diagnosis. At $150 a visit, I did not visit for someone to be in a hurry and not do a thorough evaluation. I expected to be checked with an xray (which Stephanie informed me was civered in the $150 fee) to make sure everything was ok. I will not be going back to this facility ever again.
