  I lived here in 2006 when it was called McAuthur apartments. Management was very nice and great people. BUT the neighborhood was ghetto and full of indigents. The apartments were not the best in the world either. It seems like apartments were built pre-world war II. My apartment was falling apart while others seems brand new inside and out. The people there at the time were horrible, loud music, block parties, and gang members. Worse of all, my apartment was broken into and all of my electronic, computer and wireless networking and DVD's were all stolen. Not only did they break into my apartment, they robbed the whole building. An Airmen that lived 2 doors down was rob the same week also while he was serving our country. Then someone tried to break into my car. I moved out after I was robbed. Overall I would not stay here again, but if you are just looking for a place to lay down and go to sleep stay here, it is cheap.
